Welcome to Centauri Research. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our strategic advisory, digital twins, and industrial AI application platforms. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Advisory & Technical Engagement

All deliverables, including simulation models, neural operations pipelines, and advisory audits, are designed for specialized engineering applications. Clients are responsible for ensuring that variables and inputs supplied to our systems do not violate third-party intellectual property or security covenants.

2. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise specified under bilateral contract covenants:

• Centauri Research retains all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary algorithmic engines, training models, and digital twin architectures.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to run and manage the finalized instances of models deployed within their organizational boundaries.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our models are engineered to deterministic, high-consequence compliance specifications (including ASME and ISO radiography standards), our simulations represent predictive outcomes. Centauri Research is not liable for structural degradation, system downtime, or portfolio margin fluctuations arising from unpredictable environmental variables or operational modifications made outside our design logs.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing our regional corporate registrations. Any disputes arising from engagements shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the corporate arbitration panels in Dubai, UAE or Toronto, Canada.

5. Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to match evolving industrial code frameworks or international AI governance regulations. Continued engagement following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
